About

Hi, I am Bibidh Subedi.

I am a writer based in Brisbane, Australia, originally from Kathmandu, Nepal. I write fiction, poetry, and essays in English and Nepali.

What You Will Find Here

  • Fiction: Stories, imagined and maybe real.
  • Poetry: Verses between here and there.
  • Essays: Journeys, questions, and reflections.

I write about what it means to be caught between two languages, two countries, two versions of home. I don’t always have answers (actually, mostly don’t). But I am willing to stay in the questions.

Why This Blog Exists

I started writing professionally at 12, mostly sports articles and other content for pay. But over time, I watched those publications shut down and their pages disappear. My work became scattered across drives, old computers, emails, and chat threads. Everywhere and nowhere at once.

This blog is my way of bringing it together. A space to preserve what I create, to write across languages, and to leave something that stays even when I am gone.
